Company values are a company’s DNA and they help to differentiate one business from the competition. They are the beliefs, philosophies, and principles that drive a business. They ultimately impact the experience I deliver as well as the relationship I develop with my customers. Because they are the core of my business, I do my best to keep them in mind with any decisions I make and with how I shoot so that my customers know what I stand for without having to say a word.

Family
I understand the importance of family, and am committed to creating the right space to document and honor these relationships. Family to me is about connection, loyalty, patience, inclusion, love and so much more. I’ve have had the great pleasure of photographing many families and documenting so many incredible moments. I deeply believe that every family deserves to have their story told and their legacy recorded.
Trust
Having one’s picture taken is a process that requires vulnerability and intimacy. Some have never stood in front of a camera before and so it means trust from both sides. It can be an incredibly unfamiliar and sometimes uncomfortable. Through these new and open feelings, I want everyone to feel as if they have had the experience of a lifetime. Trust is what creates such authentic and beautiful connection, between family members as well as between client and photographer. The emotion and connection in the final product says it all!
Storytelling
As an artist, and a visual one at that, I am passionate about storytelling. There is importance in capturing the essence of relationship and connection between family members because one day these moments will be a story shared and retold, for years to come. Having your story told isn’t simply about capturing your photograph, but about having your voice heard. This value is about ensuring that the ‘true you’ is brought to life, and there is nothing more powerful than that.
Embrace Creativity
Like in any creative field, you can easily fall into a creative rut. I strive to think differently and embrace creativity in every facet of our business. I refuse to remain on auto-pilot, which is why I am continually learning and trying new things, both behind the camera and in the editing process. I take classes, study my peers and seek out as many learning opportunities as possible. I am constantly looking for new and fresh ways to sharpen my technical skillset, as well as try new and interesting things to layer into my images of you!
Fulfillment
Just as I find fulfillment in the quality of the work I create, I want every family to feel a sense of fulfilment with me. I often hear from my clients that the experience of their photo session was the most impacting experience, the type of experience that they never expected. What seems like ‘just a photo shoot’ becomes a joy filled, laugh fest. These moments they experience are ones they treasure and cherish for the rest of their lives. I strive to give my clients a fulfilling experience from the moment they reach out to me to delivery of the final gallery, and hopefully beyond.
